And that's never changed, especially after I listened to his autobiography, "A Full Live: Reflections at 90," read by the author! He talks about his early life on the farm, his life at Annapolis and his (brilliant) career in the Navy, his return to the farm after his father's death and early runs for public office - I don't think he even got to his run for president until disc #5! And he goes into detail, his experiences in office, friendships with Ford and Mondale and struggles with Sadat and Begin at Camp David, and his diplomatic missions during his post-presidency. Since he finished it when Obama was in office, it's a fascinating listen - or read - and I recommend it highly.
