Three men and a woman were seen on video placing possible explosives around the French Quarter area in New Orleans where an attack took place New Year's Day morning, according to reports. NewsNation security contributor Tracy Walder says the attack is similar to the Boston Marathon bombing, and she's not surprised multiple people are likely involved. Peter Forcelli, a former ATF deputy assistant director, weighs in on how investigators would handle IEDs.
