2. I guess they might be importing flowers into the States, so maybe a contractual issue developed?

Well, anything is possible, but I think that you may have had an episode of MEGO disease.

My Eyes Glaze Over disease -- prevalent among the fatigued, the intoxicated, those with vision problems, and middle-aged or older. I almost always check three of the four and I frequently have all four going.
