-We know our hemp and CBD oil, from seed to final product. Only the highest quality, EU-certified hemp cultivars grown in ideal soil are used for our CBD oil products. The safest and most effective extraction/purification methods are used to produce our CBD oil, and we employ state-of-the-art analysis techniques.

-Varying pressures of CO2 extraction are used to extract the cannabidiol (CBD) for use in Bluebird products. CO2 extraction is a low temperature and non-solvent process that yields a robust, full spectrum hemp extract especially high in cannabidiol (CBD).

-We have a Certificate Of Analysis (COA) for every ingredient used in our store. We have multiple third party laboratories analyze our raw Hemp/CBD extract to determine its CBD and other cannabinoid content, and to evaluate its purity from potential contaminants such as pesticides, heavy metals, microbes, and mycotoxins (mold). Our final CBD oil blends also get tested by 3rd party laboratories to confirm that our recipes correlate with the labeled amounts of cannabidiol (CBD). (In February of 2015, the FDA issued warning letters to CBD companies marketing their products improperly by making health/disease claims, and many of the CBD products tested negative for any cannabinoids at all, including CBD. If you choose Bluebird you get to avoid the uncertainty of quality and consistency.)

-Bluebird Botanicals' CBD oil is 100% natural with 0% synthetic cannabidol (CBD) added. Be wary of new companies now using synthetic CBD in their products claiming it to be natural!
