The non-commercial sites recommended starting with i50 mg cbd/day, then stepping up, and stated that the effective therapeutic dose for most people is 150-300 mg/day. I was seeing prices online and in local shops of $35-50 for bottles claiming 50mg cbd total in the bottle. So $100+ a day to get more than a placebo effect for the average person.

A single puff of good quality cannabis probably contains more cbd than an entire bottle of that stuff. I'll just stick with misdemeanor quantities of the real deal until full legalization or a decent medical mmj program in my state.
