Your community will have social services. I don't know what state you live in and can't help you there, but there are some national organizations (non-profits mostly) that have that as their mission. Here are some:

National Council for Mental Wellbeing (no website but a phone number - (202) 684-7457)

You may also be eligible for Medicare or Medicaid assistance. Reach out to these professional organizations...they're here to help.
