I'm sending this as I sit in my Drs office. I had broken and dislocated my shoulder last March (darned dog), had rotator cuff surgery in January and am finally down to PT 2x per month to check on my strength building. It was a lot of work, but my range of motion did come back to almost 100%.

Wishing you the best! Glad you got that 60 glucose number up as well! You may already know this, but if they give you a cortisone shot, be prepared for your sugar to go whacky for awhile afterwards.
