since it was released in 2016, and it has 4.6 million views there, 58K recommendations. I skimmed a lot of replies and didn't see objections on YouTube to the content.
But because of that warning on Reddit, I'd recommend waiting for a reply from EarlG to okay this (I host the Music Appreciation forum, but it's EarlG's decision on whether he thinks the video is too graohic, and a "graphic content warning" in the subject line as suggested in the TOS would be a good idea).
From Guitar World when it was released:

Pink Floyd have just released a video for their 1972 track Childhoods End, from the groups seventh album, Obscured by Clouds. The clip intersperses period footage of Pink Floyd in the studio and clips of demonstrations against the Vietnam war. The track has been remixed from the original master tapes by Andy Jackson and Damon Iddins and is part of the groups comprehensive 27-disc retrospective The Early Years 19651972, which comes out November 11.
Fwiw, I didn't see any magazine that did an article on that 2016 video, when it was released, add any sort of warning about the content. (I checked a number of articles.)
But I wouldn't want anyone alerting on you if you post it, if EarlG okays it here, so it would be a good idea to link to this thread with his OK from your OP with the video, in a note above the video.
The 2016 video is the one on YouTube in the official Pink Floyd channel that currently says this:
