Where is the gray backgound selection we used for defining quotes or copied articles? [View all]

I do not like this new Yellow Highlight option. Was there anything wrong with the gray background method we have been using for 20 years? Was it just eliminated for the purpose of "change"? The yellow is terrible.

At best it should be a soft yellow, not a glaring ugly yellow.
