Say nothing.

On an employee Facebook page I ran during my time working I would often criticize my employer by simply not saying anything about what they were doing, but would often mention progressive policies or innovative ideas that competitors or others in the business sector were adopting. All posted without comment. People can and will draw their own conclusions, I just provided the additional information when I came across it.
