DU Community Help

for me regarding Xfinity. This NEVER used to happen, but it is now happening more than before. That might be due to so many folks being on the internet at once (but it's 3am here, so I doubt that's the case). It's just that Xfinity doesn't give any notice about these issues via a text etc, and you have to spend 30 minutes just to figure that the problem is not with us, but with the ISP.

I am going to call them up today, and speak my mind. I will probably get a free pay-per-view movie, which is what they give to irate customers to make them go away!

Hopefully this will get cured in the next few hours....am going to try to catch 3 hours of sleep before then!
