Oh men don't want to go to jail, but a glance at popular porn includes terms that are very frequent like "underage" or "teenage sluts". They don't want to get caught, but they the ones who want young, want young.

So it's marketing a sense of sexual power to young girls. As far as DU, the people who own it say they have no control over content. Since there are very few teenagers on this site it's pretty weird.
