There is a lot of sensationalism in the title - The Arab world as a whole is not racist anymore than many other areas in the world. And more importantly, there are many who are not racist. The issue is primarily class-related and a function of having too much money. Entitlement, pure and simple. Why I say this is that Europeans in the Arab World are as a rule treated better than ordinary Arab citizens who are not members of the ruling class.

You can go to Pakistan, Malaysia, India, Bangladesh, Nigeria and even in the Americas including the US to see very similar behavior.
