Reading about this as a kid. I was so fascinated that I earned my own money to send away for books. I recall choosing titles from paper catalogs. So hard to choose! I would spend hours and hours trying to decide. The name “Hamiltons” comes to mind as the bookseller, but I don’t know if that’s correct.

I also recall saving up for one on the Dead Sea scrolls.

It was a big deal, these mysteries of the world. The thrill of the mummy’s curse!
