Russia Transports New Span to Repair the Crimean Bridge [View all]

Apparently the damage to the rail bridge from the fire was as serious as we all said it was and while they sent one slow train over it after they replaced the rails, few other engineers were willing to make the trip. AP had raw video of trucks waiting for the Kerch ferry, so it appears the bridge has been down for some time and Russia hasn't admitted it.

Anyway, I thought this was interesting. Likely they've had to replace 2 spans and this was the first, the video is 3 months old. I share the voice over's concern that corners might have been cut to rush these things into place.
