ASAH Co-Hosts? And how to apply. [View all]

If any of you would like to ask the group about serving as a cohost for the forum, please feel free to start a thread. I'll add any additional hosts that the group supports.

The co hosts can:

Pin and Unpin Threads
Lock and Unlock posts
Block Members from posting
Add new hosts

Pretty much all they can't do is delete me.


For those interested: Please note in a group like ASAH there isn't too much need for anything other than pinning or unpinning a thread. You guys are pros at gently guiding someone who comes here posting in error, and there shouldn't really be much need to lock a post, unless someone comes in deliberately to upset our group.

Editing to say that my personal view is that hosts should come from the participating membership. They know us, know the vibe of the forum, and have a feel for the way the group functions. If you are new to the group and would like to host in the future, I encourage you to participate and get to know everyone.
