I got the Gene Keys book by Richard Rudd. Fascinating! It combines Genetics, The I Ching, Astrology, NeuroLingustics, Amino Acids and other tools to help raise consciousness and lift our vibrations. The aspects might not hit so hard if I continue to up my attitude.

I don’t remember who said it, but someone recently said that if if we are working to raise our consciousness that this is the time for these improvements to really materialize. I’ve been working on this for a long time with what seems like minimal results, would be happy to have a leap in consciousness.
