Robert Ohotto (ohotto.com) has an audio workshop called "Endings: a conscious inventory and release of last year." and I cannot recommend it enough. In fact, I did my recent podcast about it! http://practicallyintuitive.com/2011/12/podcast-24-bring-out-yer-dead/
