Interior Secretary Doug Burgum says he wants to end the “weaponization” of the Endangered Species Act, which he says too often blocks development. The new regulations won't protect habitat anymore. Wetlands can be filled in/destroyed. It only punishes people for intentionally killing birds.

This is so wrong in so many ways.
