4 wheel drive , 4 cyl has plenty of pep. I get 23 mpg on the hiway.
It’s got great headroom for tall people and leg room too.
Plenty of space in the back esp when you flatten my back seat. Easily carry 12 bags of mulch or a dresser on its side.
Good safety rating, extra bottom clearance for bumps in the road and I’ve needed that a couple of times.
The new Forester is almost as big, if you don’t need the room.
