1. How can an whole industry do this to customers? And of course, not all dealers (I am hoping so) aren't like this,

skimp supporting customers on issues related to their RV purchase. Now, there are very good dealers out there in the market place, I've seen some of them and the quality work that they put into their RVs. I can't recall them right now, but if you're interested, I can try and find their name for you.
