Is how this worked when I was a Mr. Goodwrench. Auto dealer trade magazines had multiple vendors.... I also recall one of the big players in this market stiffed a bunch of winners.
Sounds like a couple salesmen blowing smoke over cocktails - who missed it by thatmuch..
