for the baseball stadium. That was more than 30 years ago!

A couple of months ago my town rejected a bond issue for a $43 million “multipurpose facility.” It would have included a walking track, a pickle ball court and some meeting rooms. It needed 60% approval to pass. About 80% voted against it.
