But, I think it's clear that the market is not what he thought it was.
And now, with the tag other teams have to pay twice. They give up 2 #1s and still have to pay a new contract.
His opportunities have thinned. So, a $230+ million dollar contract seems less likely than it was, and those odds were poor earlier.
