and, if any of the top three seeds play, then it will be at neutral site. This assumes all three teams win this weekend.

Of course if KC wins, then the Cincinnati could have done no better than a 2 seed so maybe they draw for a 2 or 3. KC and Buffalo draw for 1 or 2.

After KC and Buffalo draw. If Buffalo draws a 1, then KC gets 2.
If KC draws a 1, then Buffalo and Cincinnati draw for 2.

It would be simpler if KC loses and the other two win, then Buffalo and Cincinnati should draw for 1 and 2 (both hold wins against KC). Only the Buffalo and Cincinnati game would be at a neutral site.
