Brady has shown on numerous occasions in his career that he'll take a pay cut to improve the roster around him. Beyond his football career, he's been raking in plenty of money through endorsements and his TB12 empire. It's not like the guy needed to be paid by the Bucs in 2022 in order to scrape by.
