might get bought out if the Raiders don't do well in the playoffs this year.

Al Davis was the first NFL owner to hire a Black and then a Latino head coach.

Hard to see how Gruden's remarks sit well with all the POC players on the team. And remember the first player moves he made when he got the job was to trade his two best Black players.
