Last year, the doctor recommended using olive oil. I followed that advice for a while, then I realized that I do not need to use much oil or grease anyway. I started using a moderate amount of bacon grease on the infrequent occasions when I need to fry something. Also, when I bake a cake, I do not put cooking oil in the batter. I use applesauce and a dallop of bacon grease. Seven months ago, I started working part time at a grocery store. The experience is productive from both exercise and knowledge perspectives. Take care.
