4. I've made paneer before

That's a really easy one. I've been trying to work out a good saag paneer recipe but when I have a lot of milk my spinach has played out.

Last year I tried growing this "malabar spinach" which is sort of a climbing asian green. It loves heat and would be a good substitute for the spinach in saag paneer.
Although technically I guess saag is greens not spinach.
