The GOP wants health savings accounts and vouchers for veterans just like they was for everyone else. They also want to allow restrictions that would end coverage is you get sick or become disabled. That would mean while you are in service part of your paycheck would include putting in "health saving" tax free. So if you become disabled due to war you can choose your providers with no guarantee they would continue to insure you.
