2. I can't speek for others however in my case I went to my VA once just after I retired.

The place was a mess and it looked to me that I would have to go back many times to receive my final verdict. Because I retired I decided to forgo the VA and just use TriCare Prime for my medical, so I am probably one of the people on that list.
