2. No, it's not. Many city folks feel that way

I live in a city, too, but eight miles from me, it's bear and cougar country. I don't want to deprive anyone out there of the rifle or shotgun they need to defend themselves. If a bear gets this far into town, I can call animal control. They can't.

I also don't run sheep, although plenty of people here do, sheep that need to be defended from coyotes.

Having said that, there are some guns I want to go, like semi auto pistols. Those fucking things cause most of the grief around here. Runner up is the semi auto long gun, but it's not close.
