A little more from a story posted this PM. Still kind of fuzzy in terms of what happened beyond taking a CCW gun and shooting the owner.

Ricky Smith went before a judge Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 5:30 pm Wednesday, Oct. 12, Overland Park police responded on an armed disturbance in the area of 80th and Overland Park Drive.
