not sure about lever actions, but these firearms were used to kill 16 people and injure 49. (m1 carbine, 12 gauge shotgun, and a Remington 700 bolt action 6mm rifle.)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Whitman

this item (a Ryder rental truck full of ammonium nitrate) killed 168 people, and injured 680. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oklahoma_City_bombing

any tool in the wrong hands can cause pain and destruction. we don't need to limit the type of weapons owned but rather who can own them. we have UBCs in CA and i support making it a federal law.
