1. I stayed there in 1963 for a Beta Club convention on the top floor

Didn't know the history. It was called something else; I think, "Peachtree on Peachtree Hotel" at the time. Needless to say, no untoward incidents at that time. Four of us went to the Roxy Theatre to see "Mutiny on the Bounty" with Marlon Brando and Trevor Howard. Great movie. We also dropped water-filled condoms from the 15th floor onto vehicles passing below.
