particular during Congressional mid-term election years, specifically to motivate the racist voter.

It is hard to tell if the African American killings are deliberate or is it that the media deliberately provokes the backlash in election years?

Because the relentless violence against AA and other minority and poor populations don't have specific years, it looks like the media decides to showcase the violence during election years to create the kind of protests that then are easily sabotaged by dirty ops, with agitators not the actual protestors.

That is only my opinion of course.
