2. It's a north facing deck

There is some shade from the overgrowth on the east side of, well, the overgrowth. It is pretty bad. I'm pretty sure I see a bowl.

Two years ago they had someone trimming a lot of stuff in their yard. Apparently they aren't familiar with the concept of continual growth. Honestly, with a few yard tools they could have that stuff taken care of in one afternoon. But then they also had some work done on the well where they had to remove some of the overgrowth, and now it's dried up and just sitting in the front of the house. New shingles have been sitting on the roof for at least two, maybe three years.

The couple living there is pleasant but not overly neighborly.
