I suppose if he knew his turn was next he might not mind. His pupils aren't dilated so he can't be too upset.
Got to visit Mikey today. I sure do miss him but he's in the best place he could be, with his first mom. I was going to watch him at my place while she had her back surgery but a friend of hers went to stay with her for a few weeks so I didn't need to bring him here. I'm glad it worked out that way, this isn't a very good place for pets. But I bought a bunch of food for him so I took that out to their new house and visited for a little while. Once I gave his other mom some tips on what he needs in their new environment, she was able to accommodate them. Horses and dogs are her thing. So Mikey is in good health and spirit, he told me so and I felt much better about going home without him this time.
It's been a beautiful day, spring showed up yesterday afternoon so it's fantastic outside so I did not mind the 65 minutes drive through some of the prettiest scenery around. Saw over a dozen eagles along the way too.
