I can relate to weather anxiety. Thunderstorms used to frighten me as a child. I think it was the noise. As an adult, I had a few close calls regarding tornadoes, so thunderstorms still cause some anxiety for me.

Today's forecast here is mid to upper 70s and waves of thunderstorms with dry periods in between. Ember gets anxious during rainstorms, so I will spray Feliway in her carrier again and leave the carrier out for her to crawl into. It makes her feel safe and secure.
