I once thought one of my dogs' had injured his leg. It turned out he just had a sticker in between the pads of his paw. I pulled it out for him and he was back to normal. I know cats are much better at removing these types of things than dogs are, but sometimes they need help too. Good luck. I hope she improves without the need for a vet visit.
