Carys has been reverting to some of her earlier, more feral behavior [View all]

By which I mean she hasn't cuddle up with me in the boys for two days, now. I heard her vomit - nothing dramatic - so maybe she got ahold of something (I always blame stink bugs) that disagreed with her. She hasn't been lethargic or hiding away. She just doesn't seem to want human contact.

My friend, who is a very experienced cat rescuer, said not to worry. Sometimes older rescued ferals just back slide for a while. Carys was about 4 months old when she came inside.

Carys did let me pick her up and give her a cuddle on the way to the kitchen and she still rubs up against my ankles while I'm dishing up the food. So she hasn't completely turned on me.

Maybe I worry too much but if I find any more vomit, it's off to the vet we will go.
