He is FIV positive &, while rescue said it would likely not be transmitted to my senior rescue kitty, I cannot take that risk. She has been with me 12 years & my 1st commitment is to her health & safety.

(Call me eccentric, but back in the mid '70s, I adopted a Dobe puppy. I didn't realize what assholes many landlords are & had to move every 6 months (when they realized they couldn't snoop / steal from me whild I was at work). I did that for 7 years until I bought a house. I don't take the commitment of adoption lightly. Lol)
