... or the squash bugs will ruin your yield. Last year, we started inspecting the underside of the leaves every day or two, looking for squash bug eggs. When we found a clump, we use a square piece of duct tape to pull them off the leaf.

This year, we've only found 3 bugs total. The best way to dispatch them is with a pair of scissors, just cut them in half, they never see it coming Works for grasshoppers too!
