1. IMO the best organic fertilizer is AACT (Actively Aerated Compost Tea)

Unfortunately this is something you really need to make rather than buy, although you can buy the components required to make it.

Here's a kit that provides everything you need except for the bucket:

If you want to save some money and make your own home grown solution, there's plenty of stuff on the youtubes about it.
