fireplace/chimney specifically, so I didn't pay attention to the rest of the rules. I can't imagine it would be allowed. (Well, I can imagine; I'm often wrong)

But I'm in a dense suburbia with gas service to every home and no excess timber of any kind to speak of, so it's sort of a moot point on the fuel side anyhow...
