mini blinds.... [View all]

I have a mini blind on large picture window that is raised and lowered a couple of times a day. One of the cords is getting frayed.

In another room, there is an identical window with a mini blind that is never raised/lowered. Always in the lowered position.

Can I switch the blinds one room to the other?

I know nothing about how they attach/detach from the frame at top.
