It's been so hot here that we have been eating mostly cold or minimally cooked foods (the microwave is my friend, lol). [View all]
Today will be no exception.
Corn Salad, potato salad, chicken salad (for sandwiches), cottage cheese with fruit. Cheese and crackers .Ice cream. Cold drinks- tea, water, non-alcoholic beer and champagne.
What are your go to meals for really hot weather?
