with a buttered toasted whole grain English muffin and a few leftover sausage links.

I'm having a grumpy old man morning. I need to get it together and leave the house in just over an hour for a medical imaging appointment. I never make such early appointments on the other side of the city. They changed it when my vascular doc retired. If it were an hour later traffic would be much less and travel time reduced. It could only be changed to a later date so other appointments would have to be changed.

I recall that I was able to be out the door in less than an hour back in the day when I had an 8 to 5 corporate job. I'm out of practice.
