1. I wanted to make a nice Greek menu for some friends, so I started in the meat dept., looking at lamb.

When I found that lamb for 4 was over $60, I made a new plan. JFC!!! How do people live nowadays?

For a party at our house a few days after our wedding, I served lamb "roast." Obviously, lambs are too small to yield anything like a pork or beef roast, but it was rolled and tied and looked like a roast. The store had mis-labelled it, and I bought the only 2...each under $13!!! It was AWESOME!!!
