Caramelized cabbage slices with spicy ground "sausage." Beyond.

I'm changing up my soup, too. A couple new additions are grated Frommagio Granino* and chopped parsley. Garbanzos. Toasted whole wheat English muffins to go alongside it, since I knocked off the cornbread.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: Sauteed pears with grated nutmeg and a little vanilla ice cream over a toasted waffle. Decaf coffee.

*hard Italian cheese, can be grated.
